Ingredients
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 c. Greek yogurt
- 1 large egg, beaten
- *optional toppings everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, cinnamon/sugar mixture
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with oil. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt, whisking well. Add the yogurt and mix until combined. The mixture will look like small crumbles.
- Lightly flour a work surface, then remove the dough from the bowl. Knead the dough a few times until its tacky but not sticky, about 15 turns. Divide the dough into 4 equal balls, poke a hole in the center, then stretch it slightly. Top the bagels with egg wash and sprinkle with your chosen seasoning. Bake on the top rack for 25 minutes, until golden. Let cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting.
