Lacey Stewart

Lacey Proffitt has been employed by Southwest Dairy Farmers since June 2021. She received a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Agriculture Science and Technology with a teaching option from Texas A&M. She previously taught agricultural education for many years.

Lacey has been in the cattle industry her whole life. She raises show goats and commercial meat goats. She has 2 kids, a daughter (Kayden) and a son (Wylie). Her hobbies include taking her kids to livestock shows, working around the farm, spending time with her grandmother, and taking trips to look for goats.
