Ralph has been employed by Southwest Dairy Farmers, Inc. since 1992. He has previous experience within the dairy industry, operating a family dairy farm. Ralph is married to Shannon and has 5 children: Lacey, Chrissy, Ashley, Clint, and Blake. Ralph enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and being on the farm.
