Ralph is originally from Coweta, Oklahoma, where he graduated from Coweta High School before attending Tulsa Junior College. While in high school, he owned and operated his family's dairy farm, beginning a lifelong connection to the dairy industry. He joined Southwest Dairy Farmers in April 1992 and has been a member of the team ever since.

In his role, he oversees the day-to-day operations of Southwest Dairy Farmers and Southland Dairy Farmers. He also oversees the Mobile Dairy Classroom and helps promote the many educational programs, events, and activities the organization offers. Ralph is dedicated to supporting the organization's mission while helping connect consumers with the dairy industry.

Outside of work, Ralph enjoys raising beef cattle and spending time on his tractor. A fun fact about Ralph is that he is the proud grandfather of 13 grandchildren and previously served as a football coach.
