Jay is originally from Keller, Texas, and attended Tarleton State University. Dairy farming has been a part of his life from the very beginning. He grew up on his family's dairy farm in Keller and later owned and operated a dairy farm alongside his father in North Texas for 20 years.

Jay joined Southwest Dairy Farmers in October 2009 and currently serves as the General Manager of Sulphur Springs Operations. In his role, he is committed to promoting and educating others about the dairy industry while sharing the story of the nutritious, high-quality dairy products produced by local dairy farm families.

Outside of work, Jay enjoys spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He also loves traveling and exploring new places. A fun fact about Jay is that he worked as a DJ while attending college.
