Robert is originally from Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, and earned an associate degree in Aviation Maintenance from Texas State Technical College in Harlingen, Texas. Before joining Southwest Dairy Farmers in February 2018, he worked in aviation maintenance and industrial maintenance.

In his role, Robert oversees compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations, coordinates setup and pickup for fairs and events, and manages promotional item orders and inventory. His goal is to ensure the organization's fleet operates safely while maintaining compliance and an excellent safety rating.

Outside of work, Robert enjoys watching movies, attending sporting events, and boxing at the gym. A fun fact about Robert is that he proudly considers himself a "Trekkie" to his core!
