Creamy Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo


  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2-3 cups sliced, grilled or shredded Rotisserie Chicken
  • 1 pound fettuccine noodles or your favorite pasta


  1. In a heavy saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the garlic, salt and pepper. As it begins to thicken, add the heavy cream, milk and sour cream and whisk together until completely blended. Add Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses to sauce and stir until completely melted together. Add chicken and fold into mix.
  2. Serve over fettuccine noodles or your favorite pasta.
