Skinny Cappuccino Brunch Punch

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup instant coffee granules
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 8 cups skim Milk
  • 1 pint (16 oz) fat-free vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 pint (16 oz) fat-free chocolate Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the sugar and the coffee granules; stir in boiling water until dissolved. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled. Just before serving, pour coffee mixture into a 1 gallon- punch bowl. Stir in the skim milk. Add scoops of ice cream, stirring until melted and frothy. Enjoy!
