1 cup cooked chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces (see tips!)
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preheat a large pizza stone in a 400-degree oven, if using, or generously oil a large baking sheet.In a large nonstick skillet, cook bacon until almost crisp; remove from drippings and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate. Add onions to bacon drippings and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.Add garlic to skillet and cook 1 minute longer; set aside to cool slightly.Meanwhile, in a microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, butter, parsley, garlic powder and onion powder. Heat on high power for 1 minute; stir well. Spread the mixture evenly over the pizza crust.Top evenly with cooked chicken, bacon, onion mixture, and cheeses.Bake pizza in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
